Overview
Client wanted to build a platform where leads can directly book a call with available sales engineers and match them realtime. This is similar to Uber, where a meeting request is flashed in the screens of all available sales engineers. Whoever accepts the invite gets the meeting allocated. The leads can also schedule the meeting to a later date by choosing a slot of their choice. After launch, this platform helped them increase the number of demos booked and also reduced the no show count. Leads were also happy that they get a meeting immediately.
Real time matchmaking
Users can also instantly book a meeting if someone is online. The algorithm is very fast and the user gets into the meeting in less than 10 seconds. All available SEs get a realtime popup. First person to accept the invite gets the meeting allocated. Algorithm also prioritizes the best performing sales engineers - by showing the popup to the best sales engineers for the first 15 seconds then to all.

Zoom, Google meet integration
After meeting is booked, our system automatically creates meetings either in zoom/google meet and sends out invites to all attendees. It also sends them reminders for the meeting at various intervals (one hour before, 15mins before etc.). Our system also captures meeting reports from Google/Zoom - stats like duration of the meeting, when they joined the meeting and a recording a that meeting

Reports
Every action in the platform was tracked. Right from booking a meeting, to matching a engineer, time spent in a meeting, feedback after a meeting. Reports were visible only to the top management, hence Role based Access control was implemented.
